Executive Team

ALLISON MARKEY

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Allison has worked in aviation safety since graduating from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University with her Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Aeronautical Science. She has developed a wealth of aviation knowledge in flight operations and safety through employment at air operators, including airline, ACMI, corporate/business, and general aviation.  

Allison’s primary focus has been auditing and emergency response. She is an accredited IS-BAO, IS-BAH, and IOSA auditor. In addition she is currently serving as a member of the IBAC Auditor Advisory Group with regards to IS-BAH. Allison is a commercial, multi-engine rated pilot and lives in Glenburn, Maine.

THOMAS KREAMER

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Captain Kreamer began his career in aviation in 1969 with Allegheny Airlines, flying the Nord 262 and Convair 580. Allegheny became USAirways in 1979. During his 34 years with USAirways he flew the BAC-1-11, DC-9-30 and -50 series, Boeing 757/767 and retired in January 2004 as an Airbus A330-300 International captain flying North Atlantic routes. Upon his retirement he had in excess of 20,000 flight hours.

Captain Kreamer has extensive experience with both domestic and international safety issues and worked on projects including Greek Airspace improvement, Reduced Vertical Separation Standards, TCAS, Closely Spaced Approaches, ICAO Simultaneous Operation on Instrument Runways, RVSM in European Airspace, Flight Operations and Quality Assurance (FOQA), plus many other issues. He is also a certified IS-BAO Auditor and SMS Instructor.

JIM OWENS

SENIOR SAFETY ADVISOR

Captain Owens is a retired international airline pilot and check airman with over 24,000 hours, flying Boeing, McDonnell Douglas, and Airbus aircraft. He has extensive management experience after being a Chief Pilot for 8 years. During this time, he was a conduit between corporate management and airline crews and responsible for compliance to Federal and Local air regulations.

Earlier in his aviation career, Captain Owens was a Pilot Air Traffic reporter in San Diego, California.
